3. Shipping Costs
- UK: Free shipping on all orders.
- International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Please note that shipping costs do not include taxes or import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
5. Shipping Carriers
- UK: Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. However, we may change the carrier at our discretion.
- International: Orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Again, carriers may be subject to change as needed.

7. Delivery Issues

- Lost Parcels: In the unfortunate event of a lost parcel, we will issue a full refund.
- Marked as Delivered: If an order has been marked as "delivered" by the courier but the parcel is subsequently lost, we are not responsible for the loss, and no compensation will be provided.
