    • 6-7 business days to other regions

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

  • UK: Free shipping on all orders.
  • International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Please note that shipping costs do not include taxes or import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

5. Shipping Carriers

  • UK: Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. However, we may change the carrier at our discretion.
  • International: Orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Again, carriers may be subject to change as needed.

6. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking information. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Delays: If there are any delays in shipping, we will inform you as soon as possible.
  • Lost Parcels: In the unfortunate event of a lost parcel, we will issue a full refund.
  • Marked as Delivered: If an order has been marked as "delivered" by the courier but the parcel is subsequently lost, we are not responsible for the loss, and no compensation will be provided.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
